Total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms will not exceed the amount deposited in your account during the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for security, compliance, or fraud-prevention reasons.

You may close your account at any time by requesting withdrawal of the remaining balance in accordance with the applicable rules.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Platform operator. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent venue of the operator's headquarters, to the exclusion of any other venue.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
