Withdrawal limits and timeframes
How fast withdrawals are, what the daily limits look like, and when manual review kicks in.
Withdrawals are processed continuously, not on a daily batch. Most go through in under five minutes; some take longer, and a small percentage land in manual review. Here's the breakdown.
Timeframes
Crypto (sub-limit): typically 1–5 minutes from request to on-chain broadcast. Confirmation time depends on the chain.
Crypto (above limit): manual review, usually within a few hours during business hours.
Daily limits
Every account starts with a modest per-day withdrawal cap. The cap raises automatically as you build account history (volume played, deposits made, time since registration). For high-volume players we can lift the cap manually — contact support.
Manual review
A withdrawal goes to manual review when any of these fire:
The amount is above your daily limit.
The destination address has never been used by you before AND the amount is above the small-address-threshold.
Account activity in the last 24 hours fits a high-risk pattern (mass-account behaviour, sudden cash-in then cash-out, etc.).
Manual review is not a punishment — it's a fraud-prevention step that protects you as much as us. Most reviews close within a couple of hours.
Why a withdrawal might fail
Common reasons: insufficient balance after a pending bet settled, the destination address was rejected as invalid, or a wallet/exchange on the receiving side bounced the funds. In every case the amount returns to your platform balance and you can retry.
