Originals vs. Slots — what's the difference?
Two game categories, two different settlement models.
Roughly half the games on the platform are our originals — Crash, Dice, Mines, Limbo, Plinko, Keno, Wheel, HiLo — and the other half are slots from external providers. They look similar in the lobby but they work differently under the hood.
Originals
- Built and run by us.
- Provably fair: every round's outcome is verifiable by you (see What is provably fair?).
- Settled instantly in whatever currency your wallet is set to.
- House edge is documented and constant per game — no surprises.
- Lower latency: no round trip to an external provider.
Slots
- Provided by audited third-party studios.
- Settled in USD only — your USD wallet is debited and credited regardless of which currency was selected in the navbar.
- RTP (return-to-player) varies per slot and is shown on the game's info panel.
- Higher visual variety: animated reels, bonus rounds, themes.
- Slightly higher round latency since each spin is decided by the provider's RNG and confirmed back to us.
Which should I play?
If you care about being able to verify the outcome yourself, originals. If you want flashy slots and don't mind that the audit chain runs through a third party, slots. There's no right answer — both are honest games with documented odds.
Currency caveat for slots
Because slots force USD settlement, you need a USD balance to play them. If your USD wallet is empty but you've got funds in BTC, you'll need to withdraw + re-deposit (or use a swap) before launching a slot. The launch button will warn you if you try with an empty USD wallet.
