Making your first deposit
Walk-through of the deposit flow for crypto and fiat.
Funding the account is intentionally short — the longer the deposit flow, the more places it can go wrong. Here's exactly what you'll see.
Crypto
Click Deposit from the navbar.
Pick the currency (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.).
We show a one-time deposit address and a QR code. Copy the address (or scan the QR) into your wallet of choice and send the amount you want to deposit.
Wait for confirmations. Each chain has its own threshold — BTC takes the longest, USDC on a fast chain is near-instant.
The balance appears in your wallet automatically. You'll also get a notification.
Common gotchas
Don't send the wrong asset to a crypto address. A BTC address only receives BTC. Sending ETH to a BTC address loses the funds.
Check the network. USDT on Tron and USDT on Ethereum live on different addresses; we show the network you need for each.
Each address is one-time. Reusing an old address from a previous deposit can result in unattributed funds — always grab a fresh one from the deposit modal.
